سياسة الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال

تسعى مجوهرات مصلي لتقديم تجربة تسوق مميزة ومريحة عبر متجرنا الإلكتروني. لضمان رضا العملاء، نلتزم بتوفير سياسة مرنة للاسترجاع والاستبدال وفق الشروط التالية:

سياسة الاسترجاع:

  1. يمكن للعميل طلب استبدال المنتج خلال سبعة أيام من تاريخ استلام الشحنة، بشرط أن تكون القطعة بحالتها الأصلية وغير مستخدمة، مع الاحتفاظ بالملصقات الخاصة بمجوهرات مصلي.
  2. يتم فحص المنتج للتأكد من استيفاء شروط الاستبدال قبل الموافقة.
  3. بعد الموافقة على الاستبدال، يتم تحويل قيمة المشتريات الجديدة إلى حساب العميل.

سياسة الاستبدال:

  1. يمكن للعميل طلب استبدال المنتج خلال سبعة أيام من تاريخ استلام الشحنة، بشرط أن تكون القطعة بحالتها الأصلية وغير مستخدمة، مع الاحتفاظ بالملصقات الخاصة بمجوهرات مصلي.
  2. يتم فحص المنتج للتأكد من استيفاء شروط الاستبدال قبل الموافقة.
  3. بعد الموافقة على الاستبدال، يتم تحويل قيمة المشتريات الجديدة إلى حساب العميل.

ملاحظات مهمة: ​

  • لأي استفسار أو لطلب استرجاع أو استبدال، يُرجى التواصل عبر البريد الإلكتروني: care@musalli.com.
  • سياسة الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال قابلة للتعديل تخضع للمراجعة المستمرة، وقد يتم تعديلها في المستقبل.

    Return or Exchange Policy

    Musalli Jewelry strives to provide a unique and comfortable shopping experience through our online store. To ensure customer satisfaction, we are committed to offering a flexible return and exchange policy under the following conditions: 

    Return Policy:

    1. The customer can request a return within ٍ seven days from the date of receiving the shipment, as documented by the shipping company.
    2. Products must be in their original condition and unused, with all Musalli Jewelry tags attached. No size or dimension alterations are allowed.
    3. The product must be returned in its original packaging along with the attached invoice.
    4. The product will be inspected to ensure it meets the conditions before the return is approved. After approval, the amount will be refunded to the customer’s account.

    Exchange Policy: ​

    1. The customer can request an exchange within seven days from the date of receiving the shipment, provided the item is in its original condition and unused, with all Musalli Jewelry tags attached.
    2. The product will be inspected to ensure it meets the exchange conditions before approval.
    3. Once the exchange is approved, the value of the new purchases will be credited to the customer’s account.
